It is our goal to provide you with excellent service and pricing; therefore, the following policies are in effect. Customers who pay with cash or an approved check upon delivery will receive the discounted price of the day (.06 cents off per gallon). Customers who have a current credit application on file and pay within (7) days will also receive the discounted price of the day.
Customers who do not have an established account with our company will be required to pay cash at the time of delivery. We will accept a check with a valid back-up credit card subject to pre-authorization and hold on your account until the check clears. For your protection, our computers are password protected and only viewable by those authorized to do so.
Customers who have a current credit application on file or are authorized to have the driver leave a slip have (7) days to remit payment in order to receive the discounted price. If payment is not received within (7) days, the customer will be charged the regular price.
We require all customers to have a valid credit card on file with the exception of those paying by cash. This card may be pre-authorized before delivery. If your check is returned for any reason, the amount owed and any fees will be deducted from your card on file.
Customers who do not pay within (20) days of delivery may have the total amount deducted from their back-up credit card on file. Our intention is to bring customers into the 2016-2017 heating season with a zero balance. To remain current with our suppliers, we are asking for your help in achieving this goal by keeping your payments current.
All service calls for current customers including cleanings, installations, or any technical service can be billed and paid within 30 days from the date of service.
