If you select our budget plan, it will entail you to spend a predetermined amount of money each month over a total 10 month period (August-May) which pays for your entire heating season energy consumption. As oil prices fluctuate, your monthly payments then increase/decrease accordingly. Our office will always inform you of any rate adjustments. Monthly payments are due by the first. An automatic deduction will be made from the back-up credit card if payment is not received by the first. If you are interested in this program, please sign up by July so we can evaluate your account and provide you with a signed agreement for you to return to our office. Once the signed agreement has been received, we will send you the budget plan payment envelopes. Please note that all budget plan customers must start with a full tank of product ordered and a balance of zero.
